There are three essential modules that will help you to cope better with your PCOS and its symptoms
PCOS BASICS
First all you need to know is what PCOS is and what it does to your body. In order to do that you will learn basics about hormones, menstrual health and imbalances that occur in PCOS.
EMOTIONS
As you know PCOS not only affects your body, but also how you feel about yourself. Regulating your emotions and restoring your psychological well-being will play a huge role in successful management of PCOS symptoms.
RELAXATION ZONE
PCOS can make your life really stressful, and stress makes your PCOS symptoms worse. By practicing techniques that stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system you will learn how to fully relax. Effective relaxation helps with recovery and healing. This is a mental SPA for you
